"-Djava.endorsed.Dirs=" error at Startup

When I click the 'startup' icon for starting the server, an error message 'cannot find "-Djava.endorsed.Dirs="'.

Could anyone kindly tell me whats wrong and how should I handle it? Thx a lot!

You need set the JAVA_HOME variable.

set JAVA_HOME=C:j2sdk1.40 or whatever version you have.
