How can i build an API in java to communicate with display driver store ,the prog./commands it use ti display gui on monitor and use the same prog./commnads to display on new window in system.

Pooja.. you need to understand that you cannot talk to the display driver or the repository for it using java, the reason java is cross-platform is becuase it takes out all the hardware and system dependecies out from the developers hands and puts it into a VM... when you run a java program you run inside the java VM (or call it a sandbox) you cannot touch anything outside it... there is however one way you can do it using JNI (Java Native Interfaces) where in you actually develop the stuff in C and then port the interface onto java... try looking at the java web site for more info on JNI...
