i nead to know whoa it gives me the System Memory or the Memory Alocatedfor the running thread

let me add to it on a stand alone application what it gives me the SystemMemory but in A case of two or three processes running the total memory change's so the4 free memory is in relation to the SystemMemory or the running Process Memory?
