I am developing an EJB application with a Swing interface. I want to distribute the application using the WebStart tool. How can I Do this?

read the documentation on Web Start. EJB application with a Swing interface is no different than any other application as far as Web Start is concerned so read up on Java Web Start and you should be just fine.
