I would like to build a small explorer to view the current messages in all the queues and topics that are running on a specified router.
I use CLI ofcourse. With the queues i don't have a problem, since I can use a QueueBrowser. The number of messages of the topics I can see through CLI, in the /sys$queuemanager/usage, and then the tpc$.... queues. Is it possible to get these temporary queues as jms queues? (with a lookup for example it doesn't work)

You must go via the Topic Manager under usage and then look into the subscriptions. There are properties with the queue name (bound-to, I guess) as well as the topic on which the subscription is made. The queue names start with "tmp$".
