Hi, I've written an application in Java 2.0 wich is a client-side of a C++ server. I've written my own protocol. When a client is backside of a socks5 server, it's ok, but when a client is backside of a proxy server, nothing appears : no exception in Java, the server receive nothing. My request seems to be stopped by the proxy.
Any idea?

Gee, it sounds like the "proxy server" (and presumably a "firewall" too) is working correctly!

Isn't this a very FAQ?

You need to use ("tunnel" over) a protocol like HTTP (maybe using SOAP for instance) which IS allowed by the firewall and/or proxy server.
