It's the same, the only differences are about installing and configuring the JVM, not for tomcat. In winnt it will be more easy. For Win98 you can get an "out of environment space" error, but you can already find an answer to this in the jguru faqs. It's always better to choice WinNT rather than Win98 for a tomcat installation.
