Searched the FAQs but couldn't find an answer to this. Trying to launch an external tool using an environment var rather than a hard path. The following doesn't seem to be working at the command line to launch Tomcat as an external tool:

%CATALINA_HOME% instartup.bat

Is something like this even possible with IDEA, thanks!
