If you don't have SessionFacade pattern implementation,is it possible to have a Business Delegate talking to a Session Bean

if you implement it that way, sure you can have it. Design Patterns are blueprints for application design. You can pretty much use any pattern you want so there is nothing to stop you for having a Business Delegate pattern talking to a session bean.
