Form Validation as part Struts Framework?

I have heard that Struts may eventually include a framework for easily applying client & server-side validation? Where is this at?

Has anyone implemented anything similar to this?

I am most interested in something that would allow non-programmers to manage the "rules for validation" that govern a particular form.

David's framework is part of the Commons now, and is
being integrated into Struts 1.1. It's been available for
over a year, and have I have used it in several
production applicatoins.
