Hi,

Arraylist, Vector, HashTable.
Out of these three which is the faster to access an element.

Please help me.

Hi,

Between ArrayList and Vector, the fastest is ArrayList simply because it is not synchronized.


I would not compare Hashtable with the other two classes, because they implements different interfaces. ArrayList and Vector implement java.util.List, while Hashtable implements java.util.Map.
