I'm trying to use the manager i followed all the documentation but every time i try to utilise manager it gives the following error.

javax.servlet.ServletException: Error allocating a servlet instance

ManagerServlet is privileged and cannot be loaded by this web application


Can anyone help point me in the right direction as to where the problem is?
