I'm unable to set a client-side javascript) cookie and retrieve it in a later server-side request (jsp) using weblogic. Any incite greatly appreciated. And if you are wondering why I'm setting the cookie client-side it is to eliminate and cache problems as doing this on the server-side would be already cached (ie., user clicks the back button).

Try using these options instead...
1. Diabling back button (Click here)

2. Try putting the meta tag for no cache in ur page like
