VAJ IDE window doesn't start

Hi,
I am running visual age for Java 3.5. It starts IDE.exe in process, but doesn't display ide window after that. I Rebooted my machine atleast 5 times and checked event-viewer. But All in waste.
Would anybody can help me out to resolve this problem.

You may need to delete your busy.sav file or replace your workspace. See Corrupt Workspace!!! VAJ 3.02 Enterprise on Win2K for more information.
