I wrote a login form with method post, when i submit the form, the Serverlet enter doPost() TWICE SOMETIME and each time, the session ID are different,can anyone tell me why?

Luigi is right, IE do post twice, for i trace the TCP stream using windows tool "Network monitor". and the data posted are same,so the server will generate 2 thread to respond them.


oh,my god, what can i do?


but, why server generate only one thread sometimes?

If the Session ID is different I believe that the solution just posted won't work. I'm sorry (no further solutions by me).

I believe the problem is the browser.
Try another one, or another version.
Try to check the login form, if there's something 'strange', or some javascript doing chaos...

Are you using MSIE and frames in your JSP pages? Tell me, pls...
