404 Error when loading JSP pages


I am running tomcat 3.2 on Debian Linux, apache 1.3.19 + mod_jk + mod_ssl, and kernel 2.4.9

Randomly, when I access my jsp pages, I get a 404 Error in my browser, refreshing the page will load it ok.
Anyone has ever experienced this before?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Oscar,

I've recently managed a site with that configuration, except that the Apache version was 1.3.20.

The site wasn't really hammered, but the traffic we had was pretty high and we never had that kind of problem.
