Register program in NT Registry ?

It is possile for me to make a programe which can be registered in the win NT registry. That program can be deleted
only when i deleted it from the registry. If i try to remove that program /file from the system it should give error message.

There is no way to restrict a program from being deleted by requiring a registry entry, from Java or otherwise.
