Returning simple types (int and String)

I am running TOMCAT 3.2.3 and SOAP 2.2. I have a servlet running and have a procedure that I wish to expose to the client side.


an return complex types and an array of String[] but I would like to know if it is possible to return simply int and String. I have also tried to return and Integer[] with no success.


Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am rather new to SOAP.

you should have no problems returning ints and Strings. SOAP 2.2 handles them automatically. what kind of problems are you running into?
