If the page is dynamically created with a server side script, use cookies to track the client and disable the links according to them.

u cannot hide the url from appearing in the browser window... u can probably have an index page which opens a child window with no menubar,toolbar etc... using javascript
window.open("url","windowName","scrollbars=1,menubar=0,toolbar=0");
.This will hide the url from appearing... Also use document.location.replace(URL) or window.location.replace(url) for loading each page in this window... so that each location will be overwitten.
