Hi I have been having problems into loading a newtwork capable application into the handset.

i KNOW THAT JAL Java application loader can be used to load only LOCAL applications into the handset.

i tried using IDEN UPDATE Software to load. but i am not able to load. Please anyone can u tell me the correct procedure for loading the application into the cell phone.
