Weblogic provide their own ANT tasks :

for deployment, I think, is just a case of copying the EAR to the right directory.

How do you deploy a resource adapter manually? I don't think there are any provided Ant commands to do this, but if its simply copying a file or executing a shell script or Java program then it can be done via Ant.
