Anyone heard when OS X will have 1.4 support?

I'm considering moving to the Mac platform, but only if it's going to get up to speed with Java.

A friend of mine found this in relation to that question:

http://lists.apple.com/mhonarc/java-dev/msg14085.html

Basically backing up the other post, but with more detail. The username/password for the list archives is simply "archive/archive".

The JDK 1.4 final is expected to be released during the WWDC in May. OS X is a great platform for java development. Go ahead... try it :)
