I have encountered a quite strange error when running RMI
and testing different security policies for the server.

The setting:

Linux 7.0 and JDK1.2.2

(Classic VM, build 1.2.2-L, green threads, nojit)

An RMI server running with proper codebase set (tested
both file URL and http URL)

A client running on the same machine. Tested both with and
without securitymanager, it doesn matter for the problem
posed here.

The problem :
When the server runs with java.security.AllPermission, everything
works but as soon as I try to restrict the security policy
I get a ClassNotFoundException in the server thread as it
receives serialized data objects from the client.

Note that this is not a serialversionid problem nor
a codebase problem sisnce it works with server policy set to
AllPermission.
I have also tested this on a Windows 98 machine (also jdk1.2.2).

Thanks for help !
