Dear Friends ,

I have installed VAJ but i am not able to use help when i select help it does not open any window what could be the problem

See this FAQ entry (the jGuru system probably pointed this out to you when you asked your question):
When I click 'help' VAJ never even opens the browser for the online help system. What might I be doing wrong?

I found an article on IBM's site titled "Solving Help Problems in Websphere and VisualAge Products" by Robin Green that contains several options to check, run and verify the connect install of the product. I have not been able to connect to IBM's site this week, but you may have better luck.
