I recently passed the SCJP exam. Can I obtain my exam record online? Does anyone have the URL for this?

Yes, it's the "CertManager Data Access Service" of Sun: http://www.galton.com/~sun/; you should log-in with the Prometric Testing ID and a password (there are instruction on the site on how to obtain the password).

Updates on this database can require up to 4 business days; so you may wait some days before to check.
