Is there a good ElGamal algorithm provider? So far I have tried crytpix and cdc.standard but they have both dropped ElGamal in thier newest releases.

Is there another asymetric algorithm that I should be looking for. I decided not to use DH because it is overkill for the app I am developing and I would rather a simple asymetric algorithm. (Maybe I am a little lazy too :-)
