Hello Friends

I am working on generation of IDE, i am stuck with a problem.

My Problem is when i click on an menuitem i want to invoke a html/webpage (For Ex: if i click on FILE|OPEN i want to invoke JGURU site.).
How can i do this.? If any one knows please tell me how this can be done.. If possible please send it with the example code..

I am working on Extensions and in that i want this , i am using borland and ice packages ..
Please reply at the earliest..
