I am having issues with the response.sendRedirect() where the
page is redirected to the intermediate "Document has moved
page." When the link is followed the redirect works, however, I
would like to avoid that intermediate page.

I have other redirects that work fine... Has anyone seen this
problem and/or know what might be causing it? I am encoding the
URL before I send the redirect... Thanks!
