rmi applet not loaded in IE

i have written a chatclient applet
that implements a remote interface
whenever i load it in the browser
the following error message comes in the status bar of IE
"load: class Client not found"
where the Client is my applets class
it works well with appletviewer

but when i remove the interface it works well and get loaded in the browser

the interfaces name is IClient

i have saved all the files in same directory but still the problem is there
please help me to figure out the situation

From my point of view you have at least two things to deal with. IE does not support RMI (this happens since version 4.0), but you can use Sun's Plug-In's to solve this (not garanteed), or you should check the CLASSPATH if it is pointing to your directory.
