My questions:

  1. Which answer ? can the subject (and maybe the content) of the FAQ be added to the mail sent us back when it's promoted?
  2. Why the FAQ are updated every 2 hours? can you get the time to be shorter ? I am always very curious to discover wich one of my recent answer has just been promoted ;-)

The link in the message goes to the new FAQ entry that was promoted (which has your answer). The 2 hour delay is caused by some load balancing issues we used to have (in other words, the code is a bit dated). We plan to re-implement the faq manager code in a couple of months (and there will no longer be a two hour delay).
