Check out CPAN (Comprehensive Perl Archive Network). In the module list there are a number of modules for parsing. One of the most used is XML::Parser (by Clark Cooper) but I've read good comments about XML::Parser::EasyTree (by Eric Bohlman).

Anyway, every time you need Perl Modules you can go to the main Perl.com web site, or directly to the perl module list on CPAN.
