Hi,

I am trying to run the Websphere Test Environment in VAJ to run a servlet.
The problem is , Iam unable to start the Persistant server. It gives me a error that specified driver not found.
I am connecting to db2 using
COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver

Give some solutions for it
Thanks

You'll have to import the db2java.zip file into your workspace.

Becarefull when importing so that you put in in its own package and not in other packages.

Good luck

Try putting the class:

COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver

Into the workspace classpath, (Window/Options.. then the resources tree node)

Also, ensure the datasource is set up correctly through the websphere test environment control center.

Hope that this helps

Dan

You can try setting your workspace classpath to db2java.zip file which contains the db2 driver class files.
