It's a bug in your native method "com.sms.gateway.beijing.CmppAPI.CMPPSendSingle0(Native Method)". Learn to read stack dumps and you'll be able to understand a little better. See http://www.jguru.com/faq/view.jsp?EID=101138


A core dump should never ever happen in Java, and that means that it's either a bug in the JVM, or a bug in your native code.
