it if giving the famous RFC822 error. NoSuchProvider Exception.

I have solved it in windows 98. but how to set this classpath in windows NT. I have opened >>controlpanel>>system>>environment>>

under set variable selected CLASSPATH

typed the following under the value

c:weblogicclassesactivation.jar;c:weblogicmail.jar; c:weblogicclassessmtp.jar;c:weblogicmailapi.jar;c:weblogicclassespop3.jar

it is still giving the same exception.

what could be the reason

Set the propeties and try it may work ...

Properties props = System.getProperties( ) ;
props.put("mail.smtp.host",mailserver);
props.put("mail.store.protocol","imap");
props.put("mail.transport.protocol","smtp");
Session session = Sessio.getDefaultInstance(props,null);
Message msg = new MimeMessage(session);
