My compiler can generate Win32 executables from java class files. My problem is being able to create an installation package from the executable file. I used to know about the "Install shield wizard" but that is very scarce now. What can I use to produce installation packages?

I'm confused. Both InstallShield and InstallAnywhere are still around.

You could try the WinZip self installer. Or, if you think that the user will have a JVM already, why not create the installer in Java?
