After compiling and packaging my class tree in JB4, when I try to
access methods from the jar file,
I get in the parameter browsers that the name of the variables are changed, ie:

original method:

public void something(String orOther, int andMore){...}

after packaging:

public void something(String p0, int p1){...}

how do I avoid this? I'd like the parameter names to remain the
same.

Thanks.

member's variables and parameters names are not keeped as is in the .class file, I think you cannot change this behaviour. In JBuilder you can specify source path, and parameter names will come correctly

Wow, it looks like that JB4 it's doing some kind of 'obfuscation'. I hope that there is an option to take that off...

Happy not to use it.

Regards.
