I want the javascript to call the .txt file every time the page is called so I can tell how many times the javascript is being hit. Andy ideas? Here is the code: document.write(' '); NewsHeadlines.length=8; for (i= 0;i document.writeln(NewsHeadlines[i] + " "); } var randomnum=Math.random(); document.write(randomnum); document.write(donotremove); document.write(' ');]]>]]>    More>>

Can you please reword your question to what you are after. I'm not following.

If what you are after is just a way to count how many times a page is loaded and it isn't your server, just add a link to a 1x1 image file. Obviously, the user of your script would have to include the image counter in the code they pull from you... If that isn't what you are after.... Please ask what you are after, not dump some code and expect people to figure out what you want.
