hi,
i have been to many website and i notice that at some secure area, they have things like HTTPS at their address or the locker sign below the explorer bar. So i am wandering how to implement that at a server? Is there anything that u need to register or install to create that type of secure connection.Is it possible to do ssl website using java.Basically, i just wanna know where should i start to implement ssl connection on a website.

In fact most web servers provides an SSL implementation.
If you're using apache for example, you just to need to download the SSL module, generate a certificate for your website and configure your apache httpd.conf correctly.
