How do I compile all packages at once?

I have a JBuilder 3.5 project with several packages and if I choose the "Make Project" or "Rebuild Project" options, it compiles only the CORBA IDL files in the root of the project, it doesn't compile any package. If I want to compile all packages, I must go to each one and manually choose "Make" or "Rebuild". I must be doing something wrong.

Do you have the source files added to the project, or just the packages? Are the source files located inside sub-packages?
