Dear sir,

In my ie browser,one site called http://www.gohip.com has been stuck whenever i reboot my computer this web site becomes my home page, and apart from that this website puts a one inch advirtisement bar on the bottom of the ie window.i tried many things to remove that site from my web browser but in vain.whenever i reboot my computer that site comes again as my home page.please suggest me something to get rid of this web site.
