JSP Page

When I run Tomcat standalone, I get the JSP source code when telnetting to Tomcat.

$ telnet localhost:8080
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
GET /test.jsp
HTTP/1.0 200 OK
Content-Type: text/plain
Servlet-Engine: Tomcat Web Server/3.2.1 (JSP 1.1; Servlet 2.2; Java 1.3.0; Linux 2.2.14-5.0 i386; java.vendor=Sun Microsystems Inc.)

<%@page contentType="text/html" import="java.util.*"%>

Connection closed by foreign host.

When I add a query-string, the JSP behaves as normal.

Is this a bug? How can I prevent this?
