I have to read messages from mailbox from on another machine.
I've already set the classpath on my machine as well as the other one.
But still the Authentication Exception is thrown.

Do i have to include some code for encryption ?

The code is throwing the exception at
store.connect() even though i have specified host,user,password.

I don't follow why you're setting the CLASSPATH on the other machine.... If the regular mail reading program in the FAQ isn't working, consider setting the debug flag to see why it fails.
