Using Tomcat with iPlanet WS 4.1 on W2K-Servlet Template error

I am using Tomcat with IWS 4.1 on Windows 2000. I have stopped using the iWS servlet engine due to its inability to log system.out to a file or a console. I have setup the nsapi_redirect.dll as specified in the TOMCAT documentation. However every time I try to access a servlet I get the following error in my Netscape log :

for host 127.0.0.1 trying to GET /test/foo/bar, process-uri-objects reports: cannot find template servlet
.

Nothing prints out on the Tomcat console window.

What am I doing wrong?

Try out the worker.properties file and make sure you have the correct class paths etc.
