problem with smtp host

I tried to write a mail client using java Mail-API.
I gave smtp.mail.yahoo.com as smtp server name.But it shows an error:
javax.mail.MessagingException:connect failed
nested exception is:
javax.net.NoRouteToHostException:HostUnreachable :connect

Could you help me.

Sounds like you need to setup a proxy server. This is already described in the FAQ.
