Is there spacial API in java to write Plugins. If yes then please tell me the URL.

If no then what should I do to write plugin using Java.

Actually I want to write Plugin for Urdu/Arabic daynamic websites.The plugin will just enable the browser for Urdu/Arabic language.

Please reply me as soon as possible because I don't have too much time.
