smtp server installation

Sir,
I have the Java mail API in my system. I compiled the demo program (servlet).Though the program gets compiled, it gives an error telling that smtp port is not configured port no 25. (Actual wordings i don't remember).I work in a LAN , win NT O/S.It also has IIS.
Please clear my doubt. What i should do?

As already mentioned in the FAQ, connect to your already existing SMTP server or install your own. James is one such creature you can install.
