I've got a program thats supposed to connect to my pop3 server and retrieve email. However i keep getting the authentication error below.

"javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException
at javax.mail.Service.connect(Service.java:252)
at javax.mail.Service.connect(Service.java:131)
at mailreceiver.main(mailreceiver.java, Compiled Code)".
