Now, basically I am trying to display a JTable in my JApplet. This TableEx.class file that creates the table, makes use of other class files, such as TableSorter.class, JDBCAdapter.class etc. my .html file is in d:project, while all the .class files are in d:projectclasses so in my .html file, what I have said: when i try to run it in the browser, I get the error Message: Applet TableEx can't start:ERROR. It doesn't say what the error is, that is whether its ClassFormatError or NoClassDefFoundError etc..... Is there a problem with the codebase? that is its not able to get all the classes it needs to draw the table?    More>>

As already mentioned in the FAQ, if you want to use Swing in an applet, you must use the Plug-in.
