Help

What is the easiest way to parse through a line of string?
For example if you have a line like this:
"http://www.metamata.comxxxxxbbbmmd$mmmxxxxxx/javaccbbbbbbbbbbbb/"

I want to put a line break at every 15 characters.

Please help

Putting in a line break is easy if you don't have any other requirements like "you can only break on punctuation." Can you be more specific?
