Hi everybody,

I have a form that has couple of checkboxes and some textfields.
We need to retrieve all values from the form and insert it into DataBase (we have DB2 database).
I know how to retrieve and insert value from textfield, but I don't know how to do this with checkboxes.
My question is: how can I check if checkbox was checked, and if it was checked, how can I insert it into table?

Hi Diana,
You can get the values in a javascript either on click of that radio button or on submit of that particular form .. as follow

Whatever the parameter u set for the value, here it is "Y" you, can get in as the value... while that particular radio button or check box is checked.
